Terms of My Design

Payment method and credit.

Payments go through Valitor's secure payment page, where you can pay with debit and credit cards. Mín Hönnun states to the buyer that all information provided during the transaction is confidential and will not under any circumstances be passed on to third parties.

Delivery methods

The seller shall be responsible for the delivery of his product and it is done without the help of My Design.

If delivery is delayed, the seller will notify the buyer along with information on when the order will be ready for delivery. The normal delivery time of a product is 1-7 working days from the time the order is confirmed and it varies depending on the product.

If the product is not in stock, a customer service representative will contact
and announce the estimated delivery time of the product. Of all orders distributed by Íslandspóstur, Íslandspóstur's delivery, warranty and shipping terms apply to the delivery of the product. According to this, my design is not liable for lost shipments or damage that may occur to goods in transit. If product
is lost in the mail or suffers damage from the time it is sent from My Design to the person in question, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery routes are determined by the sellers, but it is stated under each seller's product which shipping routes he is waiting for. Please read the seller's delivery method before completing the purchase.

Product Return

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product he has purchased, please contact the seller or the email address minhonnun@minhonnun.is. If the buyer is not satisfied with the product he has purchased, the product will be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. In order to receive a refund, the product must be in good condition, in its original packaging and in accordance with the fourth paragraph. Article 22 Act No. 16/2016. A receipt or other proof of payment must also be shown, e.g. transfer with amount and date. Shipments and post office fees are not refundable and return is always at the buyer's expense unless otherwise agreed.

Incorrect product delivery

If you think you have received the wrong product, please contact the seller directly or by e-mail minhonnun@minhonnun.is . If the sender has made a mistake in the delivery of the order, the shipping cost for correcting the service is at the sender's expense.

Order Confirmation

Once you have completed an order on the My Design website, we will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided when ordering. The order confirmation states which product was purchased, place of delivery, payment method and price.

Defective product

If a product is defective, customers are offered a new product instead and we pay all shipping costs in question or refund if required. In other respects, reference is made to the Act on Furniture and Distance Selling Agreements No. 46/2000 and the Act on Consumer Purchases.

Product price and shipping cost

Shipping costs will be added before payment
is made. We send all products by Íslandspóstur to the nearest post office unless otherwise stated.
Prices are published subject to typographical error.

Law and venue

This agreement is in accordance with Icelandic law. If a case arises because of him, it shall be brought before the District Court of Reykjavík.

Terms of My Design as a Third Party

Mín Hönnun is a marketplace consisting of individual third-party retailers who are responsible for their inventory and transport. We offer a platform, but Mín Hönnun does not produce products, but advertises items on behalf of our sellers. The material uploaded to Minnar Hönnun's market is uploaded by Minnar Hönnun's employees, but content that is directly from the seller is uploaded by them. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the correct product is shipped and that it is shipped in accordance with the selected shipping method, well packed and undamaged.

As a platform for artists, designers and manufacturers, My Design Designs takes theft seriously. We follow design theft laws and best practices to maintain the integrity of our design marketplace. Mín Hönnun is not responsible for the product sold on the minhonnun.is website. Sellers shall be solely responsible for their product, including the copyright in the product in question.
